How to make a bloody Mary

1. Muddle the roast garlic clove, lemon juice, sherry, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, one chipotle smoked pepper and some salt. ^X1`k9i-D:e |5AC

2. Shake all the ingredients together, add the vodka and shake gently to blend the flavours.
