1. Muddle the roast garlic clove, lemon juice, sherry, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, one chipotle smoked pepper and some salt.{E9i-a&p"xS

2. Shake all the ingredients together, add the vodka and shake gently to blend the flavours.

3. Make a sweet paprika rim on the serving glass and fill with ice.
