vegetable curry

10ml vegetable oil
al9tv8q&J8N3L 1 medium red pepper, deseeded and slicedCR3C%c,XP
½ vegetable stock cube4|zA]bIQ W|4p
1 tbsp curry powder

80g cauliflower/B;@ Yf#CJ
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted
']%x `AqMhu 15g raisins

50g couscous, dry

(`6XO@q How to make vegetable curry
}0YS5m/]BYqOB 1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.

]HR A)S4E 3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water.

4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.

$P$|+^#E&mP 5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.
