1 medium red pepper, deseeded and sliced

{ s'_4Y:aZ 1 tbsp curry powderjl|`+Dn7P&W*qN
½ tsp salt+|2I\;Q!Z1b z
80g cauliflower l'r%`(w Z}h4c1^)Mi
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted W[zAa.BU_[
15g raisins+\#E;~!y AL9u^
1 tsp chutney w}&JXm3eEA
50g couscous, dry'L!p7n!B0E!k

1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.,f6_ M$[o9F}P

4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.bs]\^t

#w+[b6[D4{:o2K 5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.
