vegetable curry

INGREDIENTS
kMG)f? K1O 10ml vegetable oil
Kc@ z|y6r 1 medium red pepper, deseeded and sliced
~*BF^9lw ½ vegetable stock cube
"Vy]I:y 1 tbsp curry powder
B3qE%AV"v G Bo ½ tsp salt)@r(i%] ^^4d^
80g cauliflower c/b%q"Mak
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted(M1Z7`e(iu w-YO
15g raisins
s3z3u-K6I0Oc Ix{ 1 tsp chutney+^;E4YW:c N/FT*}a
50g couscous, dry

1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm."D`']!K8F f\.R$S'Q Y-g

2. Break the cauliflower into florets the size of a small marble, defrost the mixed veg if necessary.

3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water.

4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.

;t"G/Y!Dq5R@ 5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.
