½ vegetable stock cube

120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted
-YE%Qgk t 15g raisins
@ rX Q Ek ~1f 1 tsp chutney*W.z"\ K$a&a
50g couscous, dry

e)l7bhzb8L 1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.

ZXFLZ B0}x] 2. Break the cauliflower into florets the size of a small marble, defrost the mixed veg if necessary.,Vxp8G9\
