焗盤鋪上 baking paper. 把栗子與油拌勻後,平鋪在焗盤上。放入焗爐中,焗約 20分鐘。栗子會在頂部十字處爆開。拿出焗爐,用掃平均塗上糖水,再放進焗爐,焗多 3分鐘,熄火。待多 3分鐘,拿出焗爐。趁熱剝開栗子殼享用。
