雖然一講到瑞士的食物一定會講到cheese fondue以及其他奶酪products,不過瑞士的食品以及平常的食物都好多樣化,亦匯聚不少其他國家的不同特色放在一起。今次就和大家一起去尖沙咀的瑞士餐廳看一看,感受一下瑞士特色呢。

餐廳之內有很多與瑞士和阿爾卑斯山有關的照片,全店亦像山區小屋般的裝修。而在店內的內室中更有阿爾卑斯長號的裝飾呢。

而要講到頭盤,雖然不是樣樣也是瑞士特色菜,但最特別應該是這個近意式以生薄片肉的Raw Veal Carpaccio,這個混合了芝士加蕃茄的配搭,而其餘的豆湯也是濃郁而足料。
