香濃軟朱古力粒---食譜(中英對照)

材 料 : 1 茶匙蜜糖

30 克無鹽牛油

250 克煮食用白朱古力

做 法 : (1) 取一個 14 x 20 厘米的糕盤,墊上蛋糕紙。 mw:yK|p&e/^s{J2L
(2) 鮮忌廉倒入煲中,加入蜜糖,以慢火煮至蜜糖溶化。

(3) 將朱古力切碎,座上熱水煮溶後離火;加入牛油拌勻至其溶化,$Ri4zf(D"skiL/\]
再加入蜜糖忌廉中拌勻,倒入糕盤內,以金屬湯匙抹平朱古力,

待涼後,以保鮮紙蓋著,放入雪柜中冷藏約兩小時至凝固,取 C7Q2_{ Iv!C ?
出後切小方粒,用心形剪紙覆蓋朱古力後灑上綠茶粉即成。

Method : (1) Take a tray of 14cm x 20 cm & place on cake paper.

& add in honey cream. Pour it onto the tray & make it flat. Cool down &
