做 法 : (1) 搥碎馬利餅,其中 80 克跟可可粉拌勻。MeC[Ee
(2) 打拂忌廉至軟,拌入煉奶、雲呢拿籽及糖再打至實。+Kf(C)AR7C
(3) 模具鋪上餅碎,再鋪忌廉混合物,鋪可可餅碎,再重複忌廉混

合物至完全盛滿,最後須要是餅碎為頂,冷藏三小時即成。

備 註 : (1) 木糠布甸可盛於餅盆模中,放入冰箱雪至成形後切件即可。F.b

Method : (1) Crush the biscuit & mix 80g of the crumbs with coco powder.4O+tV-qv$ovG
(2) Whip the cream to soft peak, add condensed milk, vanilla seeds &9i1WI.Ddn8c#tk
sugar. Whip well.iuz$bB-`
(3) Layer the cake mould with biscuit & cream mixture alternatively.
