帶子  粉條  瘦肉末  枸杞 蒜泥 蔥花 X^C#x^

做法:

o!Q-K(i7VK}u l 1:將帶子肉剝下備用,粉條煮軟備用。 A P8JP P,l
2:將粉條鋪在帶子殼内,上面蓋一層瘦肉末,再將帶子肉
`CQ(y:J)N)H    置於頂上,撒上枸杞,蒸魚豉油,鹽,糖,澆一點點的沙拉油,最後將蒜泥鋪在上面,入鍋蒸16分鐘即可
