材料:

.S} dD6@f 帶子  粉條  瘦肉末  枸杞 蒜泥 蔥花

蒸魚豉油  鹽  糖 油

3\e/I(x8O:u M e?'vux"y(E%I
1:將帶子肉剝下備用,粉條煮軟備用。y:AeE2E%a
2:將粉條鋪在帶子殼内,上面蓋一層瘦肉末,再將帶子肉
3\ D3w%u.J([    置於頂上,撒上枸杞,蒸魚豉油,鹽,糖,澆一點點的沙拉油,最後將蒜泥鋪在上面,入鍋蒸16分鐘即可
