vegetable curry

10ml vegetable oil

½ vegetable stock cube
O8sl}0b3z 1 tbsp curry powder
D E6E tF J3`C} ½ tsp salt
&Al5E"hT-gC 80g cauliflowerz/eDK] bG3I
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted
!e S Y9s|~i/]a 15g raisins
1O)r2W5W7ki$r%f 1 tsp chutneyp/b5lj!p n
50g couscous, dry-J'O;^A'^.i
METHOD

How to make vegetable curry
5bP(aY$_Q W+l 1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.

2. Break the cauliflower into florets the size of a small marble, defrost the mixed veg if necessary.

1@#ab:q { qj V 3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water.

4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.

5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.
