香濃軟朱古力粒---食譜(中英對照)

材 料 : 1 茶匙蜜糖

100 毫升鮮忌廉

250 克煮食用白朱古力g&f

綠茶粉適量

做 法 : (1) 取一個 14 x 20 厘米的糕盤,墊上蛋糕紙。

(2) 鮮忌廉倒入煲中,加入蜜糖,以慢火煮至蜜糖溶化。

(3) 將朱古力切碎,座上熱水煮溶後離火;加入牛油拌勻至其溶化,8wT"Lj

再加入蜜糖忌廉中拌勻,倒入糕盤內,以金屬湯匙抹平朱古力,*M-b[9QB
待涼後,以保鮮紙蓋著,放入雪柜中冷藏約兩小時至凝固,取Fbv M_q4sR*h'VZM
出後切小方粒,用心形剪紙覆蓋朱古力後灑上綠茶粉即成。i3p&e%bA ~9o f2b

30g Unsalted butter

100 ml fresh cream

250g White chocolate

Some green tea powder

Method : (1) Take a tray of 14cm x 20 cm & place on cake paper.h6Wmb(A:O|'T*\{
(2) Boil the fresh cream with honey in low heat until melt.U\0TR2G-n
(3) Chop the chocolate & melt with hot water underneath. Then, mix with butter
