做 法 : (1) 先預熱焗爐至 180 度及掃油在焗板上。-L4CI_s&z

Method : (1) Preheat oven at 180 oC, grease baking tray.D%we.Zjj ov7w
(2) Sieve some flour on plate, beat egg.

(3) Add oil & salt to water, bring to boil. Quickly pour flour into boiling water, ~

(4) When flour is cooled down, slowly ad egg mixture & keep stirring.

(5) Put mixture in a piping bag, make 2-3 inches long strips on baking tray, each
